Client Cabinet & On-site Notifications

The client cabinet is the registered client’s area on your site: exchange history, order statuses, referral statistics, and saved payment details. The cabinet reduces support load and increases the share of repeat exchanges. This page covers what the client sees and what the partner can configure.

Cabinet capabilities

  • Exchange history — all the client’s orders with amounts, rates, and statuses.
  • Current orders — real-time status: awaiting payment, network confirmations, payout, completed. The client sees progress without contacting support.
  • Saved payment details — verified wallets and cards (see User Verification): repeat exchange in a couple of clicks.
  • Referral section — personal link, statistics of referrals and accruals (see Affiliate Program).
  • Settings — e-mail, password, interface language, notification subscriptions.

On-site notifications

Besides e-mail and Telegram, the client receives notifications right in the interface:

  • Order statuses — exchange stage changes displayed on the order page and in the cabinet without reloads.
  • Info blocks — service messages: network maintenance, minimum amount changes, payout delays on a direction.
  • Notification center — a feed of order and account events (icon in the site header).

The partner configures service message texts and toggles blocks in the appearance section (see White-label Customization).

Why it matters for the partner

  • Fewer support requests — the client sees what stage their order is at.
  • Repeat exchanges — saved details and history shorten the path to the next trade.
  • Communication channel — info blocks and the notification center reach the client even if they don’t read e-mail.

Recommendations

  • Require registration where it pays off: referral program, verified details, loyal client discounts. Keep the option to exchange without a cabinet for one-off exchanges — don’t lose conversion.
  • Watch status texts: they should explain what is happening with the client’s money (“We received your payment, 1 of 2 network confirmations”), not be technical codes.
