FAQ

Frequently asked questions from partners on exchanger operations. If an answer isn’t here, see the relevant documentation section or contact platform support.

How do I give a regular client a discount or referral reward?

Personal terms are set through the affiliate program: the client gets a referral link or promo code, and part of your revenue from their exchanges is returned to them automatically. For large clients, configure an individual percentage — it’s more transparent than manual negotiated discounts.

How do I set a non-standard (higher) fee on a direction?

Markup is set individually per direction: in the panel, open the direction and change partner_markup — e.g. 0.02 for 2%. The change applies to the next rate request (on-demand); orders already created are not recalculated. Rate layer mechanics: Rate Formation.

What requirements do monitoring services (BestChange) have for rates and reserves?

The key ones: the feed rate must match the site rate; the <amount> reserve must reflect the real ability to pay out; the feed must be available 24/7 without authorization; the site must run over HTTPS with public exchange regulations. Full checklist and feed setup: Partner API & Monitoring Integrations.

A client created an order and didn’t pay — what do I do with it?

Nothing: an unpaid order lives until the rate-fixing timer expires, then automatically moves to the expired status. No money moves, no reserve is spent. If the client pays after the timer expires, the order is recalculated at the current rate or the payment is refunded per regulations (behavior is configurable).

The rate moved while the client was sending payment. At what rate will the exchange execute?

At the fixed one. When an order is created, the rate is fixed for the payment timer window (payment_deadline). Payment on time — execution at the fixed rate regardless of market movement. The exception is late payments (see the previous question).

An AML check fired on an incoming payment. What should I do?

Follow the regulations, not client pressure: the order is held, and the client receives a request for documents and a source-of-funds explanation. Next — verification, refund to the sender address minus network fees, or handing the case to compliance. The reaction matrix is configured in AML Transaction Screening.

Can I run multiple domains/brands on one platform?

Yes, the white-label model allows several brands per partner: each exchanger has its own domain, design, directions, and markup. Terms (plan limits, statistics separation) depend on your agreement — check with your platform manager.

Where do I see revenue and turnover?

In the admin panel — the financial statistics section: turnover and revenue by direction, period, and traffic source (including referral accruals). Statistics are the basis for markup calibration: where to raise markup without losing flow, and where to lower it for a better monitoring position.
